အားလပ္ခ်ိန္မွာ လုပ္ေလ့ရွိတဲ့ လုပ္ေဆာင္ခ်က္ေလးေတြ

ကိုယ့္ရဲ႕အားလပ္ခ်ိန္မွာ ဘာေတြလုပ္ေလ့ရွိၾကသလဲ? ကိုယ့္ရဲ႕ပတ္ဝန္းက်င္/ဝါသနာေပၚမူတည္ျပီး တစ္ေယာက္နဲ႔တစ္ေယာက္ေတာ့ တူႏိုင္မွာမဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ ဒီေတာ့ လုပ္ေဆာင္ခ်က္အမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳးေတြကို ေလ့လာၾကည့္ရေအာင္။ ေလ့လာတဲ့အခါ အသုံးအႏႈန္းေလးေတြကို ပိုျပီး ဂရုစိုက္ေလ့လာပါ။

• go to the movies - ရုပ္ရွင္ရံုသြားသည္

•read - စာဖတ္သည္
• surf the internet -အင္တာနက္သုံးသည္
• play an instrument - တူရိယာတစ္ခုခု တီးမႈတ္သည္
• go shopping - ေရွာ့ပင္းထြက္သည္
(စိတ္ေပ်ာ္ရႊင္ဖို႔ ဟိုၾကည့္ဒီၾကည့္လုပ္၊ ေစ်းေလးဘာေလးဝယ္တာကို go shopping သုံးျပီး တကယ္လိုအပ္လို႔ ဝယ္ရတာမ်ိဳးက်ေတာ့ do the shopping သုံးရတယ္)
• do/play sport - အားကစားလုပ္
• spend time with the family - မိသားစုနဲ႔အတူအခ်ိန္ကုန္ဆုံးသည္
• go out with friends - သူငယ္ခ်င္းေတြနဲ႔အျပင္ထြက္သည္
• study - ေလ့လာသည္
